Listen, if you're a big-dreaming-woman and you're NOT using the power of your daily routine to resource yourself and shift those dream to plans...I say this with love:

Big-dreaming-women struggle or thrive in proportion to the amount that we tend to our beloved bodies, minds, and hearts. Period.

If you want to be a well-nourished woman and live a well-nourished life...

If you want to have a wellspring of energy so you can get life changing shit done...

If having sweet, sacred silence is when you can finally BREATHE and hear the wise voice of your own heart...

If you want to remember you're not doing this whole life thing alone and there's something bigger that's got your back...

Something that has limitless generative support to offer you

But, most importantly, takes delight in experiencing itself through you...

It doesn't require you to sacrifice yourself at the altar of productivity.

It doesn't require you to overcomplicate your already complicated life or make your daily routine feel like another check off your to-do list.

What it requires?!

Is bold devotion to your wise body, powerful mind, and beloved heart.

A devotion to who you're becoming in THIS season of life.

A devotion that bravely demonstrates your stronghold on hope, your commitment to compassion, your tenacious trust in your biggest dreams coming true.

A devotion that brings you home to your True Nature with the support of Mother Nature.

And for us big-dreaming-women, it is way fucking easier to live with this kind of devotion when you remember your life IS your medicine and you harness the magic in the mundane.

Because you don't need to uproot your whole life to experience the depth you're hungry for.

Join me, beloved, for Rooted in Ritual

and learn the doable ways to simplify your life, clarify your why, and amplify your vision. Next group begins January 2025.

My morning routine is sacred

And my evening routine is silent.

Does yours need to be too? No!

I've been cultivating a nourishing daily routine for over 10 years so I've honed in on what makes a difference for me. And you'll try on some new practices to see what makes a difference for you.

But the part that makes them doable? That makes them NOURISHING?

Is how to make them into a ritual.

Because even though I have over a decade of experience in Ayurveda & women's wellness, I still question whether or not I'm doing enough.

I still feel the clenches of urgency and hyperproductivity.

I still doubt if it WORKS.

And that's with a lot of evidence that a nourishing daily routine can improve sleep, digestion, mood and energy, menstrual health, and fertility.

So if you're over there feeling resistance and avoidance, overwhelm and perfectionism right alongside your desire and devotion to feel the way you wanna feel...

Welcome to the party :)

You're not alone and nothing's wrong with you.

It is VULNERABLE to acknowledge your longings, much more to actually do something about them.

Which is why you need simple practices that not only nourish your body's capacity to hold more GOODNESS but nurture your vision for your life too.

Beyond the inner dialogues of:

"What if what I want is too much?"

"Is this selfish?"

"Do I deserve this?"

The practices I'm going to teach you in Rooted in Ritual will imprint the belief that you're worth the time, you're worth the energy, that YOU ARE WORTH IT.

So when you're next big dream lands in your lap (or live throws you a curveball), you'll be ready to receive it...

...with an open heart.

...with devotion to your BECOMING.

...by aligning with possibility.

These are the very same practices that get me through big life transitions such as leaving my corporate job to become an entrepreneur, grieving the loss of loved ones, and navigating the morass of the unknown (because the path forward isn't always clear!)

They allow me to focus on what is mine to show up for and surrender the rest.

PLUS!

After you learn the simple basics, you'll easily be able to modify them so they account for the season, travel, current circumstances, and even parenting.

Rooted in Ritual is a 10 week journey for cultivating a nourishing daily routine...without uprooting your whole life, overriding your capacity, or leaving you feeling more stressed out about not doing enough.

DELIGHT in the practice of coming home to yourself again and again, and discovering new depths of yourself in the process.
