In The Radiance Reset, you get to choose the path that aligns with your unique season of life. Each option is designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re ready for a deep cleanse, need a gentler touch, or require the balance and care that comes with pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Whichever path you choose, you’ll receive nourishing recipes, simple rituals, and Ayurvedic practices that align with your body’s natural rhythms. Think of this as a delicious, soul-filling journey toward feeling your absolute best.
Nourishing Path 1: The Full Radiance Cleanse
Feeling ready for a transformative 4 weeks? This path will be the most demanding but will offer the greatest reward and is ideal for those who have either done an Ayurvedic cleanse before, are dealing with longstanding imbalances and health struggles, or just feel ready for a kick in the ass to finally overcome sugar cravings, constipation, and sleep issues. (This is NOT recommended for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating.)
The Full Radiance Reset is designed to clarify, nourish, and reignite your digestive fire by releasing toxins and rebuilding your juicy resilience (known as ojas in Ayurveda). It’s perfect for when you need a fresh start—a full body, mind, and spirit cleanse.
Over the next 4 weeks, you'll:
Nourishing Path 2: The Gentle Reset
Maybe you want to feel refreshed without diving into a full-on cleanse. The Gentle Reset is all about lightening your load, physically and energetically, with minimal effort but maximum impact.
You’ll ease your body into greater balance without the intensity of a full cleanse. Think of this as your soft reset button.
During this 4-week journey, you'll:

Path 3: Balance While Pregnant or Breastfeeding
This is the path that meets you in the sacred season of motherhood—whether you're expecting or nourishing a little one.
Your body is already working magic, and The Radiance Reset for Pregnancy & Breastfeeding honors that magic by supporting you with simple, wholesome practices that nurture both you and your baby.

You’re already a radiant being, and this path will help you sustain that glow throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding with practices that prioritize your well-being.
If you're currently dealing with digestive imbalances, skin issues, or other weird pregnancy/postpartum symptoms, this will be a good place to start. The focus is NOT on cleansing (when you cleanse, toxins are released in the blood which could impact your baby's health). Instead, the focus will be on improving the overall ecosystem of your body with healing foods so you have more good gut bugs and build more juicy resilience to support you during this time.

When you join The Radiance Reset, you'll be taken to the learning hub where there will be sections for Path 1 (Full Radiance Cleanse), Path 2 (Gentle Reset), or Path 3 (Pregnancy and Postpartum Balance).
Under each path will be the recordings, materials, and any additional resources suggested. So if at some point in the future, you want to come back and choose a different path, you'll have the other paths available to you. It's highly recommended to do Path 1 NO MORE than 2x per year (fall and spring).
Because of the nature of cleansing and rebalancing, you'll need to make it work for your own schedule. It's best not to cleanse while on your period since your body is already going through a cleanse, and double cleansing is too depleting.
If you're doing Path 1, it's best if you can schedule the deep 4 day cleanse so day 4 and the day after (the first day of the rejuvenation) land on the weekend.
