Fill Your Freezer is a live, 5-week series where we cook together virtually and in real time to fill your freezer with deeply nourishing, postpartum-specific meals. You’ll walk away with over 15 healing dishes, foundational education in postpartum nutrition, and a deep sense of readiness for the fourth trimester.

👉 Weekly Flow:

Week 1: Kitchen as an Altar.

  • No cookalong this week. It's all about preparing your kitchen and freezer to make the next 4 weeks more easeful and enjoyable.
  • You'll not only be creating your own kitchen altar but also relating to your kitchen as an altar, a devotional space to commune with the Spirit of Nourishment and get your kitchen and freezer ready for healing meals.

Week 2: Stoke the Sacred Fires.

  • Learn how birth affects digestion and how to gently rebuild your digestive fire so the food you eat actually gets digested and assimilated well (your guts have been rearranged for 9 months after all!)
  • We'll cover what the best first meal after birth is that begins the rebuilding process and together, we'll cook Mama's meat Stock, stewed fruits and roots, digestive teas.

Week 3: Build thy blood, heal thy tissues.

  • Blood carries nutrients. When blood is depleted, it causes fatigue, low energy, slow healing, and lost life force energy. Learn the blood building basics and what foods promote tissue regeneration to feel stable and steady again.
  • We'll be making: Motherstew, and one handed meals and snacks like egg bites and meatballs.

Week 4: Make that milk (& nourish that nervous system).

  • Postpartum is the single largest hormone drop the body ever experiences in such a short period of time and as a result, many people experience extreme nervous system dysregulation. Food is the one of the most powerful yet simple ways to support regulation, specifically FAT, which also promotes lactation.
  • We'll be making: Herbal milk tonics, soups, and filling fat bombs.

Week 5: Rejuvenate your radiance.

  • In Ayurveda, ojas is the substance that's attributed to our radiance, stability, longevity, immunity, and creativity. Learn how to rejuvenate your radiance (ojas) through ojas-building foods that will have you feeling so satisfied, stable, and secure AMIDST the chaos of postpartum changes.
  • We'll be making: Balance bowls, date bites, herbal ghee.
