You don’t need to achieve more, produce more, make more, do more more more to prove your worth. That will only leave you depleted, burned out, and resentful.

I know how hard that can be to accept but if hustling, chugging coffee, and sacrificing your needs at the altar of productivity worked, IT WOULD’VE WORKED BY NOW.

We live in a society that’s conditioned us to believe our self worth is inextricably linked with our productivity. But that’s simply not true. And I’m here to offer a new way of relating to time, energy, worth, and productivity.

Exploration of Rest is a 28 day journey to a more rested you. You’ll learn the basics of rest (it’s different than sleep and naps!) and how to cultivate a daily rest practice. It’s only 20 minutes!

While this practice is for you, first and foremost, your daily rest practice is also for everyone around you. By being more rested, you’ll experience greater joy, happiness, and ease which means you’ll be able to offer the best version of you to those you love most (and even those you don’t). 

By committing to a daily rest practice, you’ll notice your productivity skyrocket, your creativity blossom, your stress plummet, and your self worth flourish. Because the changes come from your own inherent wisdom and interfacing with your true nature of bliss and radiance. Not only that, you’ll be setting a new example and giving permission to those who look up to you. We can create a new world together through the revolution and resolution of rest. A restolution!
